Operations - The Production Process

We have manufacturing facilities at Ossett (West Yorkshire, UK), Corby (Northamptonshire, UK) and Helmond (Netherlands). We are able to manufacture an extensive range of rusk and breadcrumbs (Japanese, Traditional and Extruded). Our Blending department produces a variety of coating mixes, seasonings and flavourings.

At our main factory and Head Office, there are three separate baking facilities, and a blending facility for manufacturing blends of dry powders. This factory produces in excess of 60,000 tonnes per year of food ingredients, for shipment all over the UK and Europe.

Automation, including the use of robots, is applied throughout our production processes to ensure consistent quality and process control.

State-of-the-art processing and handling equipment is used throughout Newly Weds Foods Limited manufacturing facilities.
