FROKRUM® Frokrum is the brand leader in the traditional market. It seals the substrate, keeping it moist and flavoursome, whilst adding visual and textural appeal. It is available in a variety of colours; e.g. orange, yellow, uncoloured and coarse, fine and very fine grists. It is designed primarily for grill and fry reconstitution, and is suitable for use on a variety of substrates; fish fingers, scotch eggs, fish steaks and fish cakes.
