FROKRISP®

A three-way cookable traditional breadcrumb, the main additional feature being that it is ovenbakeable. Frokrisp is ideal for use on fish fingers, scotch eggs, croquettes, fish and poultry steaks.

Frokrisp is a natural progression to added value products from Frokrum. 

It can be used in frozen application or on chilled fully cooked products.  Frokrisp can be blended with herbs and spices to produce a "customised" breader.
