FRESCO™

Fresco is an extruded flake coating, with a crisp texture and an open, aerated appearance. 

As Fresco is an extruded flake coating it has different eating characteristics and appearance when compared to traditional breadcrumbs.

There are two varieties: potato and corn.

Potato Fresco has a creamy colour and distinctive "chip" flavour, ideal for use with fish, poultry and vegetables.  The Corn variant is a bright, natural yellow colour, and is ideal for use to complement corn fed chicken and other poultry or vegetable products.  All variants are three way cookable and can be blended with other breadcrumbs and ingredients to produce different visual and eating  characteristics.
