DIMENSION™

Dimension, as the name suggests, adds a new dimension to coated food. Dimension is an extruded product, produced in rods, balls, discs and triangles. There are four flavour options in the range: rice, potato, wheat and maize.

Potato Dimension has a rich golden colour when cooked and a distinctive flavour.  The rice variant is pale white in colour with a crisp, light texture and subtle rice flavour.  Dimension also works well when blended with other breadcrumbs and seasonings to create a variety of effects in both flavour and appearance.   All variants are ideal for use on a variety of substrates, either as a coating or a topping, and should be grilled or ovenbaked for the best results.
