At the heart of our Ossett headquarters is our Food Business Centre. 

Here we can develop our own products or those of our customers - whether it be a subtle change to an existing seasoning or a totally new concept in food coating.

Much of the time we're identifying what the consumer wants. What are the new trends and lifestyle effects? The changing tastes?

Our Technical teams are experts in translating this information into products suitable for specific markets. These products are then tested to confirm that they can be produced on a large manufacturing scale.

We must also be conscious of what the product looks like before and after cooking. How well does it grill or microwave? Will it store and freeze efficiently? And because we have the facility to conduct production line trials, we can examine the manufacturing method itself. Additionally we can train your staff in these methods.

In one self-contained unit we have everything necessary to go from concept to finished product. So whatever your product idea, if anyone can make it happen, we can.
