Over the last 20 years diets have changed dramatically. Convenience foods, ethnic foods, health foods, vegetarian foods and organic foods, all have grown massively in popularity.

Many of the products that have enjoyed spectacular success have been made possible by our ingredients and by technology we have pioneered.

Our breadcrumb coating for example, was on the very first fish finger. Hundreds of convenience foods later, its our coatings again that continue to provide the processor with the most exciting variations in texture and taste.

As more and more people eat out and holiday abroad, the demand for ethnic foods has grown. No matter how traditional or exotic the taste, our seasoning specialists and flavourists have the skills and resources necessary to reproduce those flavours.

As the European consumer has become more health conscious, so have we. We were among the first to develop wholemeal breadcrumbs and additive free seasonings. Our texturisers have been used to produce healthier pork pies, sausages and burgers.
