CENTURION™
Centurion is a light-eating, traditional style breadcrumb
produced using quality breadmaking flour, and other special ingredients
which give the product an aerated structure.
Centurion is three way cookable and ideal for use on a
variety of substrates including fish fillets, steaks and scampi, whole muscle
and reformed chicken and individual vegetables.
It is available in fine, medium and coarse grists, uncoloured,
yellow and orange.
