BREADERS

A breader is a blend of breadcrumbs which may be combined with herbs, spices or other ingredients to create a coating with an exciting appearance, texture and flavour."

Four key areas need to be considered for the development of breaders; Flavour, Appearance, Colour and Texture, all of these will obviously depend upon the final substrate to be used.  There is an infinite number of possible visual, texture and flavour options which can be used, for example; garlic and herb, tortilla, southern fried, lemon and pepper.  Bespoke developments can be carried out based on individual needs using a variety of different ingredients.
