Adhesive Batters

The batter range includes both adhesive and tempura batters. A variety of different textures and appearances can be created by developing systems which combine batters, predusts and breadcrumbs.

Our batters are suitable for use on a wide variety of substrates, and bespoke developments can be carried out dependent upon individual needs.  The adhesive batters are designed to ensure that breaded products remain intact to the final Consumer's kitchen.  Additions of herbs and spices can be made to adhesive batters to produce new and innovative products.
